VG10 69 Lagen Damaststahl
Das Messer besteht aus 69 Lagen bestem n Stahl. Diese Schichten werden auf eine Schicht aus VG10-Stahl gelegt, sodass Sie ein Messer mit 69 Schichten erhalten. Dies wird auch Damaststahl genannt. Die Herstellungstechnik ist Jahrhunderte alt und führt zu stärkeren und härteren Messern. Dadurch sind die Messer unverzichtbar für jede Küche.

Griff aus Micarta
Diese Yaxell-Messer verwenden Micarta im Griff. Micarta ist ein Material, das aus einem mit Epoxidharz imprägnierten Leinen besteht. Dadurch ist das Material sehr stark. Es hält einiges aus und ist außerdem wasserbeständig. Micarta ist dafür bekannt, viel Grip zu bieten. Selbst wenn es nass wird, können Sie dieses Messer noch verwenden.
